1. Habits and traits is something that you do often or regularly.It is an action which
is considered bad or good someone does repeatedly and finds it difficult to stop
doing

2. All of us has desirable habits that we want to develop. My desirable habit is to


exercise regularly. My body is not fit enough to be healthy I need to exercise
regularly even if I have short period of time to do this task. Because exercising
regularly can improve your mood and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.

3. Me as a teenager also has a bad habit like sleeping late at night then I woke up
my body feels so tired like I do not want to go to school. But in my thoughts if I
would not go to school maybe my parents will be mad at me or teachers because
for me it is worth it to go to school.

Conclusion
Therefore it is very important to know this habits and traits can help us enhance
ourselves. As a student we need to develop those good habits for being
responsible in our daily lives and to move on from those bad habits to become a
well being individual human.
