I, Judith Almodiente Babela, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of

Cabatuan, Iloilo, by these presents have NAMED, MADE, CONSTITUTED and
APPOINTED JOCELYN BUNI, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Brgy.
Bantigue, Panay, Capiz, to be my true and lawful attorney in fact for me and in my
name, place and stead To claim and receive the check or cash in the total amount of
Eight Thousand (Php8,000.oo) Pesos, representing cash bail bond posted by us under
Official Receipt No. 8831554 A dated July 1, 2011 covering the amount of Four
Thousand (Php4,000.oo) Pesos (paid by Jo-Ann V. Hernandez) and Official Receipt
No. 8831553 A dated July 1, 2011 covering the amount of Four Thousand
(Php4,000.oo) Pesos (paid by Denis N. Gabriel), all were deposited at the Municipal
Trial Court in Cities – Urdaneta City, Pangasinan.

I hereby give and grant unto my named attorney in fact full power and
authority to perform all other necessary acts which I could lawfully do if personally
present; I hereby conform and ratify all acts of my named attorney in fact which he
may do to give effect to this authority granted.
