SENIOR BANK FINANCING SPECIALIST II  ROBINSONS LAND CORPORATION 2018

 Processes the Letter of Guarantee and Deed of Undertaking from bank partners of RLC to initiate
turn-over process.
 Receives loan proceeds from bank partners and extensively inputs all transactions in SAP to
monitor incoming assets for RLC.
 Creates a Summary of Loan Coverage (SLC) for all bank loans of all RLC customers.
 Occasionally present in accreditation meetings with banks who wish to partner with RLC.
 Occasionally transacts with bank partners’ Account Officers to smoothen the turn-over process of
all RLC clients.
 Coordinates with the Operations Department to verify various documents in favour of RLC.
 Reaches out to the BIR in connection with the client’s TIN verification.
 Never fails to reach a monthly target of Php200M for all gathered loans.
 Proactively follows up Account Specialists of RLC so that loans may be processed immediately.
 Designs various strategies for an effective way of annually hitting department’s monetary target.

 Provides after-sales service for clients who have reservation agreements with RLC.
 Mainly handled pre-sell and Ready for Occupancy (RFO) units.
 Handled and monitored almost 2,000 accounts in various RLC projects around the Philippines.
 Deals with 100-150 customer concerns daily in the form of e-mails, calls, SMSs, letters and walk-
in.
 Serves as the company’s front liner in dealing with customer service related concerns.
 Pro-actively addresses and provides after sales support by developing an organized portfolio in
RLC’s system.
 Also conducts unit inspections together with the Building Administrators in site.
 Reviews daily, weekly and monthly maturing accounts to ensure a timely collection either in
form of e-mail, calls or collection notice.
 Handles estranged clients who have professional issues with their sales agents to control any issue
that may affect RLC publicly.
 Submits various daily, weekly and monthly reports on time.
