I. PROMOTION OF ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE

1. Organized English class.
2. Administered Pre-Test and Post Test in English subject for grade IV to VI.
3. Administered Oral Reading Verification in English (Pre-Test and Post Test)
4. Participated in the following programs/events/competitions:
a. District Press Conference- won 1st place in Editorial Cartooning(Filipino Category)
, 5th place in Editorial Cartooning ( English Category)
, 3th place in News Writing (Filipino Category)
b. CD English Press Conference
c. Reading Month Celebration
5. Administered and analyzed Periodical Tests in English subject for grade IV to VI
6. Conducted remedial teaching for slow learners.
7. Conducted remedial reading for pupils within frustration level.
8. Conducted home visitation for pupils who frequently absent and at risk of dropping out.
9. Conducted language review every 4:30-5:00 for grade V-VI pupils

II. PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT

1. Attended regular meeting with the School Principal.

2. Attended INSET/ SLAC to keep abreast of the Dep Ed program.
3. Attended seminars on the curriculum for updating the Dep Ed programs.
III. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

1. Improved and used low cost materials/devices for effective teaching.

2. Procured additional books and other supplementary teaching aid.
3. Congruency in lesson planning followed and supplied.
4. Had infused values of Good Manners and Right Conduct in every subject.

IV. RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

1. Physical:
a. Updated inventory of classroom, school properties and equipments.
b. Maintained the cleanliness of the school surroundings.
2. Time: DTR/ Log Book are honestly filled up and submitted reports on time.

1. Joined in different activities hosted by government and non-government

agencies.

3. Coordinated with the barangay Captain and PTCA Officials about school’s
programs and projects.
4. Active participation of homeroom PTA.

VI. INNOVATIONS

1. Academic
a. Improved monitoring and evaluation system to instill the learning skills in
pupils.
b. Attended seminars to improve teaching.
2. Community Relations
Establish rapport with the people in the barangay.
3. Implemented the different projects such as:
a. TWAW ( Ten Words A Week)
b. ORV in English
c. ACRONYMS a week in English
d. Language review for grade VI pupils
e. 4 o’clock habbit (InterTenses)
