Dellekate’s Cafe is a labor intensive


business that will provide healthy and fresh
cuisine to the public as well as a lounging
area to relax between classes and a place
for the students of Southern Leyte State
University (SLSU) Main Campus, to socialize
and express their creativity through music,
art and poetry.
As an alternative to the SLSU-MC
cafeteria, our main goal is to serve the staff
and students of the university by offering
healthy fare at affordable prices.

will be a establishment who’s goal is to satisfy
the needs of the College student’s and staff
through offering healthy fare at affordable
price.
Our cafe will offer entertainment and
relaxation for the students of the college.

customers with a comfortable, and relaxing
environment while enjoying quality food,
services and entertainment at reasonable price.

According to our pricing in order for Dellekate’s


Cafe to be profitable we will need to capture at
least 15-20% of the SLSU-MC students and
staff on a monthly basis. If each student of
SLSU-MC visit and purchase a lunch item at
least once a month we will be able to pay our
operational expenses.

Strengths
 Dellekate’s cafe is unique cafe with a lounge
area located near our target customer
SLSU-MC.
 It’s a welcoming and non judgmental
environment to grow.
 As business leaders we inspire our team to
achive greatness.

 The availability of employees since the
majority are students.
 The limited amount of space in the cafe
compared to the population in the area.

revolving since they are College students.

 We depend our fresh fruit and vegetables to
be delivered on a daily basis.

 We depend our business to have high
quality service, but it may be harder to
attract and keep good customers.

 As partnership that will consist of 5


members, we will each contribute P20k of
our savings for the initial P100k down
payment of the business.
 To cover all opening expenses of the
business, we will seek financing in the
amount of P250k. The bank loan will cover
our initial P200k in the opening expenses
and our first month’s operating expenses.
