The stand-by pressure is controlled by the efficiency the adjuster screw. Turn the adjuster screw clockwise
flow control valve. The valve is factory set and no to increase pressure and counter-clockwise to
adjustment is possible. decrease the pressure.
2 Adjust the delta-P pressure:
To adjust the delta-P pressure, loosen the lock nut

and turn the adjuster screw X (at the variflow pump as
shown). Turn the adjuster screw clockwise to
increase pressure and counter-clockwise to decrease
the pressure.

Important: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES must the

other adjuster screw (to the rear of the pump) be adjusted.
This will change the characteristics of the horsepower
control of the pump. This cannot be reset on the machine
and will have to be returned to the manufacturer.

and main system pressure which may have changed

‫במועדי השרות‬
‫מתיחות לא נכונה של הכבלים יכול לגרום לתקלה במנגנון‬
‫בדיקת מתיחות כבלים‪.‬‬
‫‪ .1‬לאבטח את המכונה‬
‫‪ .2‬בלם חניה‬
‫‪ .3‬הילוכים במצב ניוטרל‬
‫‪ .4‬להוריד זרוע קדמית לרצפה‬
‫‪ .5‬לסובב את זרוע המחפר ‪ 90‬מעלות בניצב לשלדה‬
‫האחורית‪ .‬שהכף קרובה לרצפה‪.‬‬
‫‪ .6‬לדומם את המנוע ולהוציא את המפתח‪.‬‬

‫‪ .13‬כאשר הכבלים במתיחות הנכונה‪ ,‬מוביל הכבלים מאוקולון צריך להיות במרווח זהה של ‪ 45‬ממ‪ ..‬אחרת יש צורך להחליף‬
‫את הכבלים‪.‬‬

‫נקודות חשובות‬
‫יש לדאוג שהכבלים יהיו מתוחים באופן שווה וההברגות של הכבלים שבולטים מתפסנית בשלדה יהיו באורך שווה‪ .‬זה יבטיח‬
‫שהעגלה תנוע מצד לצד באופן שווה ויחסי לתנועת הבוכנה‪.‬‬
‫צריך לבדוק שהכבלים שלמים וללא נזקים או פרומים לפני ביצוע הכיוונים‪.‬‬
‫יש להזהר בבדיקת הכבלים ולא לבדוק בידיים חשופות כי חוטים פרומים יכולים לפצוע‪.‬‬
‫כיוון מתיחות הכבל‬

‫‪ .1‬להחזיק את מכוון הכבל בעת שיחרור המתיחה של אום הכיוון ‪ .B‬לפתוח את אום הנעילה ‪C‬‬
‫עד הסוף ולאפשר מינימום של ‪ 5‬ממ מרחק לפדים של התופסנית‪.‬‬
‫‪ .2‬להחזיק את מכוון הכבל ולהדק את אום הכיוון לקבלת המתיחה של הכבל‪.‬‬
‫‪ .3‬להחזיק את מכוון ההברגה ביד או בחלק השטוח ‪.E‬‬
‫‪ .4‬חשוב להקפיד שהכבל לא יסתובב בזמן המתיחה‪.‬‬
‫‪ .5‬למתוח את הכבלים כך שנטיית הכבל באמצע תהיה ‪ 3-7‬ממ בכוח של ‪ 100‬ניוטון‪.‬‬
‫‪ .6‬הכח למדידה יכול להיות במשיכה או דחיפה‬
‫‪ .7‬חשוב שכל הכבלים מכוונים שווה‪.‬‬
‫‪ .8‬לחזק את אום הנעילה ביד לכוון התופסנית‪ .‬להחזיק את מכוון הכבל למנוע פיתול של הכבל‪.‬‬
‫‪ .9‬אום הנעילה יכול להסגר רק ממול עקב הגישה המוגבלת באזור‪.‬‬
‫זמני ביצוע הכיוון‬
‫‪ .1‬בדוק לחץ אוויר בגלגלים! במידה וחסר נפח לפי‬
‫הוראות יצרן ‪ ,‬על פי סוג הצמיג‪.‬‬
‫‪ .2‬חפש מקום ישר ומפולס ככל הניתן‪.‬‬
‫‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬הזז את הבום האחורי למרכז הכלי‬

‫‪ .4‬פלס את הכלי בעזרת הרגליים ובדוק‬
‫שהקרקע מפולסת‪ ,‬במידה ולא ‪,‬פלס את‬
‫הכלי לפי הקרקע!‬
‫‪ .5‬פתח את הכף הנפתחת וראה האם הסכין כאשר‬

‫מניחים אותה מפולסת עם הקרקע‪.‬‬
‫‪ .6‬הרם את הכף מהקרקע‪ ,‬ובדוק מרחק בעזרת‬
‫מטר בין הקרקע לפין התחתון של ריתום הכף‪.‬‬
‫‪ .7‬במידה ויש הפרש רשום בדוח‬

‫סדר בדיקות כאשר תקלת ‪P0400-00 EGR‬‬
‫‪ .1‬חבר מחשב דיאגנוסטיקה ובדוק תקלות ותקינות‬

‫פרמטרים של ה‪.VGT+EGR‬‬
‫בתקלה זו כאשר לוחצים פול גז או מבצעים סטול‬
‫למנוע ה‪ EGR -‬נפתח ל ‪.99%‬‬
‫‪ .2‬בדוק האם יש חיבורים מנותקים או רופפים במערכת‪.‬‬
‫בדוק חוטי תקשורת ‪.CAN-BAS‬‬
‫חוטי התקשורת מגיעים ממחבר מחשב מנוע אפור פינים‬
‫‪ 45‬ו ‪ 50‬ומשם למחבר העגול מעל סעפת היניקה ומשם‬
‫ל ‪ EGR‬ו ‪ .VGT‬בדוק הזנת מתח ‪ 12V‬ומינוס למפעילים‪.‬‬
‫‪ .3‬נתק את המחבר האפור של מחשב המנוע ובדוק עם‬

‫הפנים במקום ולא יצאו מהתקע‪.‬‬
‫בדוק ע"י רב מודד ‪ 60‬אום כאשר הרכיבים החשמליים‬
‫מחוברים‪.‬‬
‫‪ .4‬בדוק רשת פלסטיק בבית מסנן האוויר מאחורי המסנן‬
‫המשני‪.‬‬
‫‪ .5‬בדוק את חיישן כמות אוויר וחיישן גידוש )‪ (BOOST‬לפיח‬

‫ולתקינות המחברים והחוטים‪.‬‬
‫‪ .6‬בדוק את חיישן לחץ סעפת פליטה‪ ,‬פרק אותו ממכסה‬
‫השסתומים‪ .‬הנע את המנוע ובדוק האם הצינור פתוח‪,‬‬
‫ויוצאים ממנו גזים שרופים ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .7‬בדוק את דיזת פיזור הגזים השרופים בסעפת היניקה ‪.‬‬

‫פתח את המכסה בעזרת מפתח אלן והוצא את הדיזה‬
‫ובדוק שהיא אינה סתומה מפיח‪.‬‬
‫‪ .8‬בדוק נזילות וחוסר בנוזל קירור‪ .‬במידה וחסר ולא רואים‬
‫נזילה חיצונית בדוק את הקולר וצינור הקולר לנזילה‬
‫פנימית‪.‬‬
‫‪ .9‬רוקן את נוזל הקירור מהמערכת ופתח את הקולר ‪.EGR‬‬

‫במידה והוא נוזל או סתום מפייח החלף אותו‪ .‬בדוק גם‬
‫את צינור המתכת של הקולר ‪.EGR‬‬
‫בכל פתיחה של קולר יש להחליף את גומיות‬ ‫‪.10‬‬

‫במידה והם לא תקינות ודולפים מהם גזים שרופים ‪,‬‬
