The assessment for OB course comprises of two components.

1. Submission of the script

2. Role play by the recruited actors.

Please find the details below.

Script & Role Play a simple OB related problem:

Each team will be assigned an OB related problem, the team

needs to find out a research-backed solution to this problem and
draft a role play script revolving around the issue and the
solutions.

Scripts needs to be submitted to the prof. via-email. The time

duration of the play should be 10 - 12mins. Post submission of
the script, the team members have to recruit actors from their own
classroom and make them practice the play.

On the day of the final presentation, the actors will present the
role play. Each participating team will be judged on the basis of :

Parameters for judging the video & report:

1. The uniqueness of the solutions submitted.

2. Ease of applying the solution in the work life.
3. The creativity involved in presenting the solution role play
4. Overall presentation of the play by the recruited actors.

Marks:
1. Script – 35 Marks
2. Role Play – 35 Marks
