Greetings from OSWD-CAR!

The Department of Social Weffare and Development Field Office Cordillera Administrative
Region will be conducting a Provincial-wide convergence caravan on DswD programs
and Services in Bontoc, iiountain Province on November 7, 2019.

The Provincial-wide convergence caravan aims to gain support for a continuing partnership
with local government units, in the implementation of DSWD programs and Services.

Part of the c€iravan will include presentations of accomplishments and updates on the
programs and services of the Field office. lt also desires to present and seek the support of
officials on our call for Community-Driven Development (CDD) institutionalization that is now
filed as a bill at the House of Representatives, and the Senate. Further, the DSWD-LGU
Memorandum of Agreement will be discussed, and to be followed by a ceremonial signing of
the MOA.

With this, may we invite you together with one (l) Sangguniang Bayan Rep.esentative, and
one (l) Liga ng mga Barangay Representative to attend the activity.

The DSWD-CAR will shoulder snacks and meals of participants. However, transportation and
other expenses will be shouldered by the participants.

Attached is the program of aclivities for the participants' guidance and reference.
