Company History of PT. Boga Rasa


PT Boga Rasa is one of the companies engaged in culinary dessert, namely Pudding. Pudding is
one of the mainstay dessert hotels, not only at the hotel but we can make pudding desserts at
home with simple and elegant desserts practically. The company was spearheaded by two friends
namely Mr. Muhammad Royyan and Mrs. Tiara Maulida, who at that time were only having silly
talks that eventually wanted to pioneer with strong capital of determination and intention,
coupled with minimum investment, finally able to pursue business. Until now it has become a hit
and liked by many people. The company was founded in 2008 precisely on April 10, 2008 using
this company logo, "BR", which is Boga Rasa which means taste.

2008 – 2012 The first Boga Rasa store was established on the highway Bogor km.15 Depok,
West Java. The first store sells chocolate and strawberry flavor.

2012 – 2015 Expanding coverage by selling pudding with 4 flavors namely mango, orange,
Chocolate, and strawberry.
2015 – 2018 Being a publicly listed company as PT. Boga Rasa a total of 15 store. The first
store was established in Depok, the second store in Jakarta, the third in Bekasi.

Vision and Mission of the company


Vision :
1. Become a popular culinary with all ages and many people
2. Being one of the healthy and inexpensive desserts.

1. Giving priority to quality in terms of taste, food presentation, and service.
2. Developing business in several strategic places.

Company Implications
Transformation for PT. Boga Rasa in the future is to become the No. 1 product in the modern
market that promises a relatively stable price and a satisfying product in the upper, middle and
lower classes. Get more turnover every year and get the best quality delicious pudding.

Biography of Directors

Mohammad Royyan, President Director


Born in Zimbabwe in Africa. Precisely on March 18, 1996. He is an Indonesian citizen, now 23 years old.
Later he joined PT Boga Rasa in a joint effort to manage the growing pudding business. He holds a
bachelor's degree from Bina Sarana Informatika University. Mohammad Royyan has 5 years of
experience in the culinary business. Now, Mohammad Royyan is believed to be the president director at
PT Boga Rasa.

Tiara Maulida, Director


Born in Cilacap precisely on June 30, 1997. She is currently 22 years old and resides in Jakarta.
She holds a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University in California, United
States in 2015. She is also a Doctor of Honoris Causa from the University of Indonesia
Professional Accounting Education Program. The first career he pioneered was at PT.Boga Rasa
so that his career loomed like now and is believed to be a director to the present.

PT Boga Rasa is a culinary company that serves delicious pudding with a variety of interesting
flavors. PT. Boga Rasa provides a variety of flavors such as chocolate, strawberry, milk, and
manga made from quality original ingredients, so that hygiene and health are guaranteed.
