SANGGUNIAN RESOLUTION NO. 2013-009

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 01
OF BARANGAY CABINET, THIS CITY FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2013
AMOUNTING TO TWO HUNDRED TWENTY SIX THOUSAND
PESOS (P 226,000.00)

WHEREAS, Barangay Cabinet, this City, through its Punong Barangay,

submitted for approval its Supplemental Budget No. 01 amounting to Two
Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Pesos (P 226,000.00);

WHEREAS, the City Budget Officer certified upon referral that the
Supplemental Budget No. 01 of Barangay Cabinet has complied with the budgetary
requirements and existing laws and regulations and therefore considered operative;

WHEREAS, the City Planning and Development Coordinator on the other

hand certified that the budget items in the Supplemental Budget No. 01 for
CY 2013 of Barangay Cabinet are reflected in their Annual Investment Plan (AIP)
for the same period.

NOW THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVED, by the 3rd Sangguniang Panlungsod, in its

5th Regular
Session assembled, to approve the Supplemental Budget No. 01 for CY 2013 of
Barangay Cabinet, this City, amounting to Two Hundred Twenty Six Thousand
Pesos (P 226,000.00).

RESOLVED FURTHER, to provide copies of this Resolution to the City

Budget Officer; the City Accountant; the City Planning and Development
Coordinator; the City Treasurer and the Council of Barangay Cabinet through its
Punong Barangay, all of this City, for information and guidance.
