taken report regarding black spots is hereunder submitted for favour of taking further action.

I submit that the subject work was sanctioned under RR plan scheme and entrusted to
M/S PavanSai constructions, Ibrahimpatnam vide 1st reference cited above. The work is in progress. In
the sanctioned estimate 2 vents of 3.00m slab culvert was provided. The designs of the slab culvert 2 V
of 3.00m with 13deg.skew without footpaths is herewith submitted for favour of obtaining the approval
from the competent authority.
