II. Content
A. Topic: Chapter 3: Development Stages in Middle and Late Adolescence Development Tasks According to
Development Stage
B. Reference: ABM Curriculum Guide K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum
Personal Development by Ricardo R. Santos
C. Materials: IM’s, LM, CG, Manila Paper, Marker Pen
D. Values: Responsibility and Self-discipline
III. Procedure:
A. Preparatory Activities
1. Prayer
2. Checking of Attendance
3. Review
4. Motivation
Ask: What picture do you see? What word can you use to describe about these picture?
B. Development of the lesson
1. Activity: Arrange Me
Instruction: In a group of two students will arrange the development stages of a person.
2. Analysis
Instruction: Answer the following:
1. How were you able to arrange the stages.
2. How were you able to relate it in your own experience.
3. What is the keyword that you can find in the activity
3. Abstraction
Discuss the Erikson’s eight stages of Personality Development and classify the Development tasks according to
development stages.
4. Application
Instruction: The class will be divided into two. Each group will be given a manila paper and marker. Each group
will classify the development tasks according to development stages. One representative per group will discuss the output in
class.
IV. Evaluation
Each student will classify the developmental tasks according to the development stages
V. Assignment
Read about how to evaluate one’s development in comparison with other.
