Job Location : Delhi NCR.
Experience (in yrs) : 2-6 years (Elevators Industry)
Salary : 3.5L – 4.0L pa + Incentives
Pre-Requisites
 Good communication and negotiation skills
 Hardworking, Dedicated, Smart.
 Must have his/her own conveyance.
 Should be sound in Creating relationship with customers.
 Should be good at Objection handling & sales closures.
 Relationship with leading Architects & Builders

Job responsibilities
 Should be a self-starter & generate business as per the defined Target.
 Customer Closures through Cold Calling/ Leads.
 Operating out of field and will be required to report to office once in a week or as
required.
 Should adhere & be regular with the daily reporting practices/ process as laid by
the management.
 Meeting the given targets.
 Completing the necessary paper work for Order pickup as per the defined
process.
 Close Coordination with the delivery team from Order pick up till delivery.
 Updating the sales funnel regularly.
 Keeping a close tab/ Ensuring Payments from the closed orders.
 Tracking competitors activities & providing inputs to the Management.
Segment- B2C
Post : Marketing Executive
Employment Type : Permanent
Qualification : Graduate or Higher.
Job Location : Delhi NCR.
Experience (in yrs) : 2-6 years
Salary : 2.0L-2.5L pa + Incentives

Pre-Requisite
 Good communication and negotiation skills
 Own a conveyance
 Hardworking, Dedicated, Smart.
 Must have his/her own conveyance.
 Should be sound in Creating relationship with customers.
 Customer Centric approach is must.
 Should be good at Objection handling & sales closures.
 Direct Sales Experience in B2C space.

Job responsibilities
 Co-ordinate and executes sales promotional activities like: Canopy activity/
Newspaper Inserts/ Cold-Calling/ Paper Inserts/ Organizing events in the
Residential areas.
 Should be a self-starter & generate business as per the defined Target.

 Should adhere & be regular with the daily reporting practices/ process as laid by
the management.
 Meeting the given targets.
 Completing the necessary paper work as per the defined process.
