This is to sign this consignment agreement between Goody India (Consignor) and ______________
(Consignee) for company’s hygiene products named Fever & Headache Relief Cooling Patch .Under this
agreement consignee wishes to display and sell products of Consignor (Company Goody India)

The retail price of the product is Rs 156(for a pack of 4 pcs).The Consignee will be given a discount of
35% on each packet sold(pack of 4pcs) that comes to Rs 109(35% of 156=Rs47(round off).The consignee
is therefore liable to pay Company/Consignor 65% on each pack sold of Fever & Headache Relief Cooling
Patch.

The sales are to be tabulated in 60 days. Mutually he can ask for some time (at the wish of consignor) for
all the goods provided to him for selling and then consignee shall pay the amount for goods that he has
already sold out of total lot given to consignee. If consignee fails to pay in this said time period he is
liable for intended legal consequences as per law and jurisdiction.

Note:-Upon acceptance, Consignee agrees to maintain the products in good/saleable condition. It is understood
that consignee’s has insured place and if not, it shall be kindly insured to ensure consignor products shall be
secured/ insured. Mutually if situation arises to consignor then he can take off the products given to consignee
at consignor’s wish with prior notice to meet consignor’s own demands.
