Pelaksanaan untuk Creative Corner of Archival Repository Exhibition VIII (C-CARE VIII), ahli jawatankuasa
untuk pengerusi majlis serta pengacara majlis ialah:

MASA TINDAKAN
Sebelum  Bertindak sebagai Pengarah dan Penasihat bagi ahli jawatankuasa
yang lain.
 Mempengerusikan mesyuarat mingguan bagi menyelaras
perkembangan tugas yang telah diagihkan kepada setiap biro-biro
yang terlibat.
 Memastikan tentatif program dan teks pengacara majlis yang telah
dirancang memenuhi kehendak serta keperluan Penasihat Program
C-CARE VIII.
Semasa  Memastikan perjalanan majlis selari dengan perjalanan aktiviti dalam
buku program yang telah disediakan.
 Memastikan pengacara majlis mengacarakan majlis dengan tatatertib
yang sopan serta menghormati majlis tersebut.
 Memastikan pengacara majlis menyapa tetamu kehormat dengan
salutasi yang betul sepanjang majlis berlangsung.
 Pengacara majlis membuat pengacaraan secara tidak formal ketika
tetamu kehormat melawat tapak pameran para pelajar.
Selepas  Sesi penilaian ‘post-mortem’ bagi setiap ahli jawatankuasa yang
terlibat bertujuan untuk penambahbaikan aktiviti pada masa akan
datang.

Cadangan dan Penambahbaikan:

Memastikan peralatan-peralatan elektronik seperti mikrofon yang digunakan sewaktu pengacara majlis
mengacarakan majlis adalah dalam keadaan yang baik dan tidak menjejaskan lantunan suara pengacara
majlis agar boleh didengari oleh semua orang terutama sekali sewaktu Tetamu Kehormat memberi
ucapan beliau.

TIME ACTION
Before  Act as C-CARE VIII Director and Advisor to other committee members.
 Chair weekly meetings to coordinate the progress of assigned tasks
to each of the appointed committee members.
 Ensure that the program and the text of the event’s emcee are
designed to meet the needs and requirements of the C-CARE VIII
Advisor.
During  Ensure the attendance of the event is in line with the tentative in the
program book provided.
 Ensure that the emcee deals with the audience especially the Guest
of Honor with proper discipline and respecting the audience.
 Ensure that the emcee greets all the Guest of Honor with proper
salutation throughout the event.
 The emcee informally makes a small talk explaining the purpose of
conducting such event and booth prepared while the Guest of Honor
visits the student exhibition site.
After  A post-mortem evaluation session for each of the committee
members involved for future activities in order to avoid any
unwanted mistakes from being arouse again.

Suggestion and Improvement:

Ensuring that electronic equipment such as microphone being used during such ceremony by the emcee
is in a good condition and does not affect the emcee’s voice as to ensure everyone who attend the
program could hear the emcee clearly as well as when the invited Guest of Honor is giving his speech.
