Narrative Advisory Report for 4th Quarter

Grade 7- St. John

Month of January to March

January
For the month of January as the Grade 7 class begin its 4th Quarter activity,
as an adviser I encourage them to work more or give more time in studying
their lessons.

I always remind them to begin their day with the study period habit, as soon
as they arrived inside the classroom.

After the morning activity, as their adviser I gave some reminders about their
behavior, gave a follow-up discussion about some announcements and some
important details.

During their review for their incoming monthly and quarterly exams, they do
some review games, groupings, peer teachings and board works.

And, as a routine of being a class adviser I supervise study period and pupils’
behavior during morning activity, check the attendance of the pupils, make a
weekly lesson plan, evaluate pupils at the end of every lesson, guide pupils in
performing their group presentation and activities, remind pupils everyday
about the cleanliness of the surroundings, prepare Test Papers for Monthly
and Quarterly Exams, supervise pupils in attending monthly mass, supervise
pupils during their recess and lunch time, supervise the cleaning of the
classroom and the area of responsibility, guide and follow up pupils in
updating their anecdotal notebook, and prepare and submit Monthly report (
Form 2) at the end of the month.

Every 3 P.M. the pupils practiced their festival dance for the Foundation Day
Culmination.

The Grade 7 pupils, Aiko S. Villaver was the 2rd Ms. Maryknoll 2018, and
Gimryl Mallorce was the 2nd Runners Up of the Mr. Maryknoll 2018 held at
the Sto. Tomas Cultural Gym on January 30, 2018.
February
For the month of February, the Grade 7 class attended the mass for ash
Wednesday.
I as an adviser together with Mrs. Geraldine Joy Pondales supervised the 46
communicants who attended the mass of First Holy Communion and it was
presided by Rev. Fr. Gregorio Jr. Dedal last February 23, 2018 at San Miguel
Parish Church.
The post CEM diagnostic test in English, Math and Science was administered
by the adviser
I computed the Grades of Pupils who are candidates of Honors

March
The honor students had their Final Examination on the 2nd and 3rd day of
March, and had our deliberation to rank and identify the awards for those
deserving pupils to be decided together with the class adviser and other
honors committee.

I supervised the grade 7 pupils who attended the symposium for the fire
prevention month held at the school’s auditorium last March 14. It was
officiated by the Bureau of Fire Protection of the Municipality of Sto. Tomas.

The grade 7 class also supported the Alay Kapwa Program of the school last
March 15 and it was headed by our principal, Sr. Mr. Evelyn M. Oqueza O.P.

We also repainted the walls and chairs of our classroom

Recognition ceremony for the deserving students and pupils was done on the
21st day of this month.

The non-honor pupils had their Final Examination last March 22 and 23.

By the end of the month, as an adviser, I comply and submit all the required
paper works for the SY 2017-2018.
