FACTS OF THE CASE: (MURDER): One VICENTE ENGBINO y TULAK, 35

years old, married, of Sitio Binintian, Brgy. Bugsok, Sierra
Bullones, Bohol and PEDRO BUTRON y DELI. 24 years old, single,
of Brgy. San Jose, Sierra Bullones, Bohol appeared this
station and reported that an incident of killing happened to
a certain Macario Rosales by a certain Julio Quieta on or
about 5:00 a.m. this date.
Entry Nr. 01-1137/4 Aug 10/6:00AM: Persons of VICENTE T.
ENGBINO and PEDRO D. BUTRON appeared this office and reported
that an incident of killing happened in Sitio Binintian, Brgy.
Bugsok. The victim was identified as Macario Rosales and that
the victim received wounds in his body. The suspect who is
named by the witness as relayed by the victim was one Julio
Quieta of the said same barangay.
Initial investigation conducted by this station at the place
of incident disclosed that a certain body belonged to be of
the victim was placed in a deserted area in Brgy. Bugsok. The
victim received multiple wounds on upper back of the body, on
left shoulder and at the front neck. That the victim was
already dead upon the findings maid by the team and the medic.
The suspect was apprehended when the team was on the way to
the crimescene was brought to the police station and
temporarily locked up. The Incident occurred on or about 5:00
AM this date.
