Job Description:
 Achieve NR NTB and NR Liabilities target for the assigned Branches.

 Create NR target client master.

 To prospect and meet clients from the TCM, understand Client needs, explain products and
features and on-board them.

 Ensure deepening of existing NR client relationships

 Work closely with the Leadership team of respective Branch/ Channels and execute NR strategy.

 Act as a single touch point for all queries related to NR Business.

 AOF Rejection Management, Zero Fraud Compliance

 Ensure Customer Service levels are at the highest standards.

 Handle client escalations and ensure prompt resolution.

 Prepare a catchment action plan for each of the assigned Branches and execute NR
specific activities in collaboration with marketing team.

 Execute NR lead generation alliances.
