Career Summary;
Being in Telecom industry for more than 11 years, having diversified experience of customer services, sales, S&D,
Special Projects and MFS segments.
I started off as Customer Services Representative in zong lahore flagship business center in 2008, then I worked as
backup Manager for CSC and handled sales & CS teams, ensured that all teams meet monthly assigned targets which
will in return keep CSC in profitability compared to its OPEX cost.
joined Mobilink back in 2013 in MFS retail segment as Channel Development Executive, worked closely with sales
team and distribution team in developing retail channel in Central region which is the tough/most potential market,
marking competition footprint, covering product availability gaps and monitoring 24/7 availability.
In my last role, I was given even tougher role of supervising BDEs for the central region that includes managing Sales
BDOs, MFS BDOs and accomplishing monthly targets.

Developed and executed WWB rural women empowerment project in Kasur District, which led to a 1.2 million Dollar
project collaboration between Jazzcash and WWB.

Regional Channel Development Executive (MFS)


As pioneer team member of Mobicash, JD keeps on changing as per situation and guidelines from HQ, below were

• Market Visits to keep retailers motivated, know the issues at first hand and keeping track of Sales BDO
Feedback from retailers which enable me to identify the core issue and its remedy, on job retailer training
on SOPs, Promotions.
• Agent Onboarding Target setting, coordination with sales for achieving AOB targets.
• Supporting Regional Sales teams in Jazzcash Operational Issues
• Managing agent data base through RD, RRM and sales channel
