participants will have the

8:15 - 8:45 AM Introduction of The day's facilitators will be

Expectation Setting Participants will lay out what

they expect will happen in
this day's activities.

Ground Rules Guidelines will be given to

the participants that they
have to adhere to during the
course of the activity.

8:45 - 9:10 AM Self-awareness The concept of self-

Lecture awareness will be introduced
through Johari's Window.

9:10 - 9:45 AM Johari's Window Participants will do the

Johari's Window exercise
with the help of facilitators.

9:45 - 10:00 AM Break

10:00 - 10:25 AM Levels of The types of communication
Communication will be introduced to the
students.

10:25 - 11:00 AM Message Relay The things they learn from

the previous lecture will be
applied to this activity.

11:00 - 11:05 AM Water Break

11:05 - 11:50 AM Tower Building Everything they learned in all

the previous activities will be
used here. The activity hopes
that the students will
develop leadership through
the activity.
