I. Objectives
K- express ideas and observations about the viewed material
S- create a two minute cheer dance routine with the use of Essential Hand movement and
position
A- tells the benefit of physical activity in the improvement of one’s health

II. Subject Matter


Topic: Improvise and Create (Cheer dance - Essential Hand movement and Position)
Materials: Pictures, books and visual aids
References: Physical Education and Health 10 Learners Material pp.
177 – 180 and Internet.

A. Preparation

Now, I have here cut outs of three different


pictures, each group must put together one picture
on the board. The first group to finish will be the
winner.

give each group a picture about cheer dancing, each (each group will go in front of the class
group will study the picture for two minutes, after and discuss what they saw in the picture)
that you will come in front and share what are

will give you 7-10 minutes to practice. You will be graded by your Voice
quality, choreography and the proper execution of the movements. Understand
