At the end of the lesson, the student should be able to;

I. Motivation
Before we formally start the
lesson we will first have an
activity. Is anyone here familiar
with the game “Copycat”? None, Ma’am

Okay, this is the mechanics of the


game you will be divided into 2
groups and there will be a picture
that flash on the screen all you
have to do is to copy the poses of
the people on the picture. You will
be given 1 minute to copy the
poses and after that I will choose a
group who portrays the picture
excellently.

II. Discussion

Okay, settle down. In connection


with the activity that we have
conducted a while ago, Let us now
identify the Hand Movements and

begin with the first 5. So before we
begin let us have a warm up exercise.

Beginning Stance – feet together, hands
down by the side of blades.

stance which is the beginning stance.

elbow in.

stance which is the clap.

with other arm extended in a punch
motion.

stance which is the L Motion.

movements and position in cheer dance that will be flash on screen. The performance will
be graded according to the given criteria.
