OPERATION MANUAL

PACKING MACHINE

* Please read this manual carefully before operate.

1--. Machine voltage: 220V, Single phase.
2--. Please add lubrication oil necessary , because after a long shipping.

1—Film diagram

1--. First page
After turn on power switch and seconds

1-1. Start : machine on working, this key become Stop. When machine need stop during
working, please press stop.
Attention: When have some emergency, please press the red color round emergency switch,
not the stop button on screen.

1-2. Photoelectric on, it show photocell is on working, it will be on or off after touch, when we
use printed film, please keep it on, otherwise photocell is not on tracking, please turn off when
use clear film or not need photocell .
1-3.Location: change different size, the cutter is not at the printing mark, use ⇦ or ⇨ to change
cutting position at printing mark

1-Check photocell position and sensitivity

Adjust photo cell position, let the white light concentrate as one point.
Adjust sensitivity on top ,let the red light is on when white light is not on the black mark ( PIC-01)
When the white light on the black , red light off (PIC-02)

3--.If we use printed film, we want to use photocell, set bag length or measuring for auto detect
length

4--.Run machine for seconds,then stop the machine , check cutting position, we may find the
cutting position is not on the mark, so we need to change location

Number 1, mark here Number 50 , mark is here

Or we can change location at Products

or change position of photocellto change cutting

1-4: Count: Please clear it as zero when need new calculation.

2- Products

This screen have 8 memories, a new products for first packing, we first select the product no.
For example: No.1 and No.2 already have product memory, we choose No.3, in case to cover
No.1 and No.2 parameter, then we start to change parameter.
The numbers on below screen is current data, we press the black parts, number list will come
up, we can change the numbers, for example length 110 mm, we press 1-1-0 and Enter. If
wrong number ,we can press to back, or Esc to give up this change

Bag length: the length we need to our products, if we need 140 mm, we input 140 mm. This
machine have automatic measure length if we use printed film with printed mark, press
Start keep , machine will detect length after press Start button when photoelectric is on
Photoelectric : If we use printed film with printed mark, keep photoelectric on, otherwise
machine can’t detect the printed mark. But if we use clear film or no printed film, we
have to change photoelectric off, then set bag length
Location: It mean cutting off position, normally cutting off position need at printed mark, range
from 0 – bag length, 1 = 1mm, increase or decrease 1 , cutting off position will move
up or move down 1 mm, this function is same as Auto ( photocell )
Cut time and cut angle is not useful on this machine.
Cut stop: it mean machine stop automatically after reach a target number, range from 0-9999,
If set number = 0 , this function turn off.
Attention: This number will not be zero if stop suddently during working, but Clear buttom will
delete already finished number.

Motor 2 Setup : It is for powder filling motor.

Weight: we can change the number for different
weight
Speed : 09 ,it mean auger rotate speed
Fill Angle: it mean when to fill powder, 143 is a good
number.
Motor2SW: On/ Off; the motor on or off.

Setup

Language: already English version, not use

Measurement: Use for bag length measure, no need to input length if Auto model, but should
be printed film with printed mark. If Manual model, need to measure bag length and input the
number on the screen.
Attention: If we always us the same size, it is better to set Manual model to save time for each
running.
Other is not useful for this machine .

Manual

Pull films: It only work when machine is on stop, if we press this button, pulling wheel will run,
but other sealing parts is not move, this use for adjustment.
Temp off: when on the adjustment, we don’t need heating, press temp off, temperature will be
on, not heating .

Normal problem and shooting
Photoeletric
1-.When message show Photoelectric wrong with alarm sound Di Di, please adjust
photocell sensitivity, high or low sensitivity will be raise this problem
2-.When bag length is not same as actual bag length will also raise above problem, but this
machine have automatic measure function, when you use printed film with printed mark, we can
use this function to avoid this problem.
3-. When we use printed film but photoelectric off will also raise this problem

Cut Stop
When machine stop and show Cut stop, please make sure if you are using cut stop function, if
not , please set 000.

How to adjust weight.

Screw speed 1000, we set Fill Weight 1000, it mean auger rotate one circle, then we weigh the
product. If less than target weight, we increase Fill Weight more than 1000,. If more than target
weight, we decrease Fill Weight less than 1000. Make sure bag size is big enough for Fill Weight
1000.

For example : We need weight 50 grams, parameter Screw speed 1000, Fill weight 1000, weight is
100 grams after packed, it is double than target weight, we have to change Fill Weight 500 ( 1000/ 2 ),
the weight will be
100/ 2 = 50 grams.

If Fill position is not right, we need to change the Fill position .

* Speed adjust

1— Open door.
2— Keep machine running, do not stop machine
3— Rotate pulley to clockwise, machine fast
4— Rotate pulley to anticlockwise, machine slow.

Attn: Keep machine running while rotate pulley

Machine maxi speed 60 pcs / minute
