PROBLEMS DURING THE TRAINIG

PERIOD WITH SOLUTION

Problem 1: UNNOTICED WORK: it goes without saying that

one does well in any field because they expect recognition. as an
intern I was doing good but still I find myself and position where
I was hardly appreciated.
Solution: the solution to such a challenge is to understand that
hard work doesn't get unnoticed for long. continuously perform
well and work cannot be overlooked. then issues with time
management , finally it is said that hard work is key to
preservence. and I worked hard and made my work
recognizable.
Problem2:UNCOOPERATIVE MENTOR: how much we learn
from our internship depends largely on mentor. My mentor was a
bit uncooperative but this made my internship truly productive.
Solution: my mentor was not much spreading knowledge so I
probably need to extract it out of him so I made a list of questions
and doubts and asked them in one go.
Problem 3: ISSUES WITH TIME MANAGEMENT: reaching
late for classes and late submission of assignments was tolerated
in schools and colleges. But in professional work space it isn't
acceptable and hence managing time had been really difficult for
me a balance between work Academics and personal life also
seems to be a challenge.
Solution: so this problem was solved when I adopted an
organized form of Living.
Problem 4: INADEQUATE COMPENSATION: I expected an
internship thinking that there won't be much pressure and
compensation would be sufficient for it but after I actually start I
realised that the pay is for lesser than the work deserves
Solution: I felt that me and a full time employee is doing same
amount of work still i was being paid so less but in terms are
under short-term contract and are paid less almost everywhere.
Problem 5: COMPETITIVE CO- INTERNS: who interns are
high spirited and work really hard I felt intimidated as I don't
expect internship to be so competitive.
Solution : contrary to what it looks like competitive co interns
make experience better one. I got to feel the real pressure to
work better and get noticed instead of just doing random work
and completing my internship duration. I took part in the
competition and made the most of my internship experience.
CONCLUSION
The project provided me a glorious opportunity to
enhance my practical experience and knowledge related to
management and marketing. It made me aware about
various marketing techniques prevailing in the market and
furnished me with a chance to understand all these
practically and empirically. Through this project I
fabricated a new understanding about standardization and
grading of different products, their designing as well as
development. It fostered my capacity to resist various
problems that I encountered during my training and
ingrained a feeling of determination and self confidence in
me. It enhanced my ability to talk to people and make right
decisions. I also discovered how essential it is to brand the
product
All over it was a wonderful experience and it honed my
creativity and innovation. I desire to receive more of
similar opportunities in the future.
