SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MAURA ENCLUNA-TUTOR, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of Brgy.

Tigbao, Libagon, Southern Leyte, do hereby name, constitute and appoint, FRANCISCA
CAHUCOM, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of same barangay, to be my true and
lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform any and all of the
following acts and things, namely:

1. To process, apply, sign and receive documents/cards relative for the issuance of
our Tax Identification Number (TIN) with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR);

2. To Pay any taxes or any required fees in relation to the said transactions with
the respective government offices;

3. To make, sign and execute any paper, document and other necessary instrument
in relation thereto;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and authority
to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present,
with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my
said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
