3. Applicants are advised to submit to the Schools Division HRMO II their pertinent
documents for initial evaluation as to their qualification in meeting the basic
requirements of the position on or before 5:00 PM of January 3, 2020. Those who will
not comply will not be accepted during the ranking.
4. Applicants for School Head positions are required to secure a Certification of Non-
Unliquidated Cash Advance from the Accounting Section 'of the Schools Division
Office before the ranking.
5. The lone vacant Teacher III item for elementary is open for promotion only for ALS
Mobile Teachers.
6. To ensure the uniformity in the implementation and strict observance of the merit
principle in the selection of the candidates, the following guidelines shall be used in
the selection process:

subjected to in-depth validation and deep selection process by the Human Resource
Merit Personnel Selection Board (HRMPSB) before recommending to the Head of
Office for appointment.
