On March 7-8, 2019, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board
(LTFRB) will conduct a SURVEY AND VALIDATION OF ROUTES along Carigara-
Barugo Road.

In line with the said survey, may we request from your good office to allow us to
set up a tent along the said road specifically infront of Carigara District Hospital to be
utilized by personnel from LTFRB Regional Office 8 during the two days survey.

May this undertaking commence a partnership between the people of Carigara,

Leyte and JABAMMA Transport Cooperative towards a modernized and sustainable
transport service that will usher an improved riding experience of your constituents.
