I am writing to express my interest in renting your car wash facilities for a period of two years. As a car
enthusiast and owner, I understand the importance of maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
Your car wash services have an excellent reputation in the community, and I believe that renting your
facilities will be a great opportunity for me to start a small business venture.

After careful consideration, I am willing to rent your car wash facilities at the rate of P6,000.00 a month
for a period of two years. I am confident that with my passion for cars and dedication to providing
quality service, I will be able to build a loyal customer base and make this venture a success.

I understand that the rental agreement will require me to abide by certain terms and conditions, and I
am willing to comply with these requirements to the best of my ability. If necessary, I am open to
negotiating specific terms and conditions that will be beneficial to both parties.
And for the terms and conditions the Summer Discount: It is common for commercial rental agreements
to have seasonal discounts or special rates during certain times of the year. If the parties agree to a
summer discount of 30% during the months when classes are not in session, it should be specified in the
rental agreement. The discount may apply to the base rent or other expenses related to the car wash,
such as utilities or maintenance costs.

Development Refund: If the renter makes improvements or invests in the car wash during the rental
period, it may be possible to negotiate a refund for those investments at the end of the contract. This
would depend on the specific terms of the agreement and the nature of the investments made. It's
important to document any improvements or investments made to the car wash, and to clearly specify
the terms of any potential refunds or reimbursements in the rental agreement.
