I, the undersigned, would like to inform you of my intention to apply for a Teacher 1 position
in Junior High School in your school specially, in science subject. Attached herewith is my
curriculum vitae for your reference. With full confidence, I can say that my skills in giving
supervision and instruction to students, along with my excellent communication skills and learned
professional ethics qualify me to be a part of the Department of Education.

After teaching for almost 5 months in public school as part of my practice teaching, I am now
ready to face a more challenging teaching environment where I can give my best as a public servant.

My teaching experience in the public school honed my abilities as an educator, and I am ready
to apply all the learnings I’ve got to a much wider professional environment. I know that your school
is a perfect place where I can understand what I am seeking for.

My school of preference is San Miguel National High School but in case the other high
schools need me more, I would be ready to render my service if it is possible. I prefer to teach the
schools which are just around or nearby the place where I reside.

I have a strong belief that effective teaching involves being active in all the aspects of the
society and with this belief, I can’t wait to finally participate in the various activities your school may
provide for the future academic years. I would be willing to encourage my students-to-be to get
involved in the programs for development that your school will hold.

Aside from teaching, I have other skills which I can share to my students and extra knowledge
in other fields which I can integrate with the subject that I teach. I know that this is my edge from
other applicants who also intend to secure a position in your institution. Working in a group has
always been an exciting thing to me as I believe that strong collaboration can bring out the best in the
people within a society.

Aside from Science, I hope to be soon teaching the value of collaboration and social
interaction with your students. I hope that you will consider this application.
