PLMUN GYMANSIUM
I. PROJECT BACKGROUND
The “PLMun Summer FAIR” was introduced on 2015 in the term of the past Student
Regent, Mr. Christian Paul Dela Vega, It compose of different activities that helps the
students discover their own skills. This will be participated by the five (5) colleges of the
university. The Candidates and Contestant will serve as the ambassador and ambassadress
of the organization as they view the prestigious title.
The Project Compose of different activities such as Student Empowerment Program,
Tawag ng Tanghalan sa PLMun, Campus Crush, Campus Universe and State of the Student
Address.

RECAPITULATION
PROGRAM COMMITTEE
Supervision on the day: responsible for the execution of the program, the flow performances per
college, USC performance, provide host and script accommodate VIP’s.
SECRETARIAT COMMITTEE
Responsible for the attendance, documentation, finance and liquidation, layout and printing of
certs, invitations for the kids, guardians, VIPS, University employees College Council, inform college
council on the tasks.
Manages food and necessities of instructors along with the working committees, other tasks include
accommodations of both participants, parents during the events.
Supervises and regulates cleanliness within the vicinity before, during and after the event.
PLMun Summer Fair 2020 aims to promote student growth enabling them to enjoy their stay in the
University and find balance between academic, extra-curricular activities, and social gatherings.
The winner of the competitions will serve as a goodwill ambassador of the University and will
embody or model the values of Pamantasan that will create an impact not only for the school but
the community as well.
