GARDEN CLUB BAKE SALE REPORT FOR 2020 Dear Club Members: ‘We only had five dessert sales this year, as the corona virus caused all activities to be cancelled after the March 3" sale. Below are the amounts taken in at the five sales: January7 $90.00 January 21 $178.00 February 4 $128.00 February 18 $226.00 March3 $231.00 $853.00 total intake from sales 36,00 seed money $889.00 total money turned in at end of year. Sales were robust this year. We increased the price of each dessert to $3.00 on January 21 with no decrease in sales. Pies and fancy cakes remain the best sellers. We could use more cream pies. They were frequently requested. | think our talented bakers outdid themselves this year with the delicious looking pies. Most practically jumped off the table. Intake should be even better next year.
