OBJECTIVES
- Psychomotor - Students will be able to throw the frisbee to their partner 4 out of
5 times with proper form.

-Cognitive - Students will be able to answer 6 out of 8 questions correctly about


the rules and concepts of ultimate frisbee.

-Affective - Students will work together and encourage their peers with positive
feedback.
ASSESSMENT DESCRIPTION:
PSYCHOMOTOR
● Students were assessed by the instructors
● A rubric was used with the ratings 1, 2, 3, 4
● Student were assessed on their accuracy and their form
● Students were assessed throwing to a stationary partner as
well as throwing to a partner running a route

● All students either stayed at the same score or improved from the pre test
● 3 students had a perfect score of 8/8 on both the pre test and the post test
● All psychomotor data was collected by the 3 teachers throughout the lesson

● Average Pre -Test Score = 80%


● Average Post - Test Score = 95%
● Improvement from Pre - Test to Post - 15%

● Multiple choice test
● Given at the end of class
● 8 questions testing the student’s knowledge of ultimate
frisbee
● Students were expected to answer 6 out of 8 correctly

● Every student improved or stayed the same
● One student had a perfect score on the post test
○ This was the only perfect score between both tests
● Data was reliable based on individual student assessment given by the
instructors

Affective Assessment Outcome
All but one student answered yes on every question.

The majority of students stated that they were respectful towards others in the
class as well as worked well with others and showing a positive attitude.

This outcome shows that the class demonstrated a positive attitude and great
teamwork throughout the unit.
