Action taken

Load box test done and all parameter related to wheel slip are
checked

OST checking and low lube oil pressure setting are checked during
every load box test of a locomotive.

 A special drive has been started for checking of throttle handle.


 DPT test for throttle handle welding joint must be done during
M24 and onward schedules.

 Roller switch must be checked during yearly schedules.


 Roller switch must be replaced in 6 yearly schedules.

• Training conducted at DTTC/ NGC on loco troll operation for LI,


LP, ALP.
• Practical training for loco troll operation has been also conducted
at LMG division by NGC shed.
Air dryer OVH must be done after every three years

Overdue items must be discarded
