(SYSA -Windows NT) from 25th September 2013 to 5th Jan 2016.
Handling Responsibilities for National Australian Bank (NAB). Providing technical support
to the client across the world 24X7 for resolving Servers related issues within SLA.

Analyst – Information & Technology from 5th July 2013 to 23rd September 2013. Vertex is a

Provide technical support into 24X7 to users for resolving IT related issues within SLA.
Monitoring and analysis the network for different process. (Vodafone, Reliance, AVIVA, TIL,
NSDL)
Creating and Deploying OS with package on new PC’s using Symantec ghost image server.
Provide support for all type of application, software’s and hardware issues.
Troubleshoots and resolves software, hardware, Windows-based operating system, and
networking problems.
Creating and maintaining the user Ids in AD, AVAYA site administration, CMS and Harmony.
Resolve hardware and software problems with Server on local site Data center in Noida,
laptops and desktops.
Co-ordinate with clients for any IT related issues or escalation, responsible for video and voice
conferencing.
Maintaining Active Directory Domain Controllers, DHCP, Active Directory Sites and Services.
Create and Managing User IDs and Groups in WIN2K3 and WIN2K8.
Daily Operating System alert handling and response.
Responsible to manage all physical network device in Data Center.
Maintain software and hardware inventory and tracking systems, monitor inventory, of all
production floor with proper details, stock and store electronic components.
