A feeling that lasts

In-store activity

Pandora jewellery captures and eternalises a feeling, just like when capturing family
portraits. These favourite snapshots and memories stick in your mind and come alive
again with jewellery.
Help our consumers recreate a memory and give a feeling that lasts with the most
personal gift to show they’re joined by love.
Suggested time: 30 min
Suggested set-up: gather together at the store before opening, after closing, or while
setting up the store with the material for the new collection.
The team will need:

 The products of the new collection


 products from existing collections
 Hardcopies of the scenario (Attachment)
 Pens
Part 1
Getting ready
Who: The store manager, or the person in charge of training in the store
Activity:

 Set the product of the new collection, and extra products from previous
ones.
 Print a copy of the scenario for each participant.

Part 2
I got a feeling…

Who: All the participants.


Activity:

 Each participant is given 5 minutes to create their own scenario writing


down their own input in the blanks.

Part 3
A feeling that last

Who: All the participants. In pairs.


Activity:

 The one who writes down the scenario will play as the consumer. The
other one will play as the sales associate.
 After reading the scenario, the sales associate should present the products
that they believe will fulfil the consumer’s needs and desires. (10 min
approx.)
 After the presentation is made, the pair should exchange roles.
 To end the activity, each participant should tell their partner what went
well, and what to focus on more next time.
