After completion of this course, the student will be able:
 To analyse and solve electrical circuits using Ohm’s law and Kirchhoff’s laws and Thevenin’s,
Norton’s and Superposition theorems.

 To understand and analyse basic Electric and Magnetic circuits, Resonance and its calculations.

 To study the working principles, various losses and efficiency of different Electrical Machines.

 To know about the components of Low Voltage Electrical Installations, types and characteristics of
Batteries.

 To understand the concept of calculating power, power factor and purpose of power factor improvement.
