• Managing complete recruitment cycle for sourcing best talent from diverse sources viz. Job Portals, Campuses,
Market Networks and Resource Providers. The process includes identifying the requirement, drawing up a JD,
hunting for suitable matches, conducting interviews, issuing offers, conduct academic, professional and medical
background checks, on-boarding, arranging for induction and handholding till such time successful integration

• Performing performance appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating
Performance Appraisal System linked to Reward Management along with increment, incentive and other C&B
policies
• Shared responsibility w.r.t. local payroll process and managed general administrative activities along with employee
welfare, safety, wellness and health
• Overseeing Operational Excellence function incl. Administration, Vendor Management and Facility Management,
Employee Health and Safety, Certifications and Compliance to EHS standards, adherence to Company’s code of
conduct. Certified Internal Auditor for EHS.
