Subject: Complaint about delayed delivery of raw materials

Dear Mr Smith,

According to the contract of sale concluded on March 20, your delivery of raw
materials worth 5,000 had to take place on March 30, but unfortunately it delayed three
days. We wrote this email because we do not want repeat this situation.

Unfortunately, because you delayed delivery of raw materials, our production

was stopped, thing which led to employee dissatisfaction. What we ask you is to try to
rectify this issue because we don’t want to be forced to cancel this order. Considering
that both partner companies may have losses, we don’t want to cancel this contract.

Therefore, please you reconsider our problem related to late delivery of raw
materials. If it’s possible, we want it delivered at the same address in the contract by the
end of this week.
