Construction of Depok – Antasari Toll Road Section South 1 located on Brigif –

Sawangan (Sta. 5+775 s/d 12+041) road section. The construction of this project was
carried out to facilitate and accelerate access from Depok area to Antasari or vice versa.
This toll road was built along 6,226 km by PT. Citra Waspphutowa as the owner, PT.
Girder Indonesia as a contractor, and PT. Multi Phi Beta as the main consultant. This
project using Unit Price contract type with a contract value of IDR 684.989.798.401. In
the construction of toll roads, the things that must be considered is calculating concrete
volume and the method of implementation used in the field. The implementation of pile
cap must be in accordance with procedures based on shop drawing. The Implementation
of pile cap begin with the work preparation, excavation, drilling of bore pile head, lean
concrete (LC), rebar reinforcement, installation of formwork, and concrete casting.
Calculating concrete volume is needed to determine the amount of cost required.
Calculating of concrete pile cap volume can be obtained by multiplying the thickness,
length, and width of the pile cap. The result of concrete volume for pile cap with
dimension of 30 m x 3,6 m is 108 m3 and for pile cap with dimension of 14,5 m x 3,6 m is
52,2 m3.

Proyek Jalan Tol Depok – Antasari Paket 1 Selatan berlokasi di ruas jalan Brigif –
Sawangan (Sta. 5+775 s/d 12+041). Pembangunan proyek ini dilakukan untuk
mempermudah dan mempercepat akses dari wilayah Depok ke Antasari atau sebaliknya.
Jalan tol ini dibangun sepanjang 6,226 km oleh PT. Citra Waspphutowa selaku owner,
PT. Girder Indonesia sebagai kontraktor, dan PT. Multi Phi Beta sebagai konsultan
utama. Jenis kontrak yang digunakan proyek ini adalah Unit Price denga nilai kontrak
sebesar Rp. 684.989.798.401. Pada pembangunan jalan tol yang harus diperhatikan
adalah perhitungan volume beton dan metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan pada saat
pelaksanaan konstruksi. Pelaksanaan konstruksi pile cap memiliki prosedur yang sesuai
dengan gambar kerja perencanaan dan aturan pelaksanaan. Metode pelaksanaan pile
cap dimulai dari pekerjaan persiapan, galian, pembobokan kepala tiang bor, lantai kerja
(LC), pembesian, pemasangan bekisting, dan pengecoran. Perhitungan volume beton
sangat diperlukan untuk menentukan besarnya biaya yang dibutuhkan. Perhitungan
volume beton pada pile cap di dapat dengan mengalikan tebal, panjang, dan lebar pile
cap. Volume beton yang diperoleh untuk pile cap dengan dimensi 30 m x 3,6 m adalah
108 m3 dan untuk dimensi 14,5 m x 3,6 m adalah 52,2 m3.
