‫ملخص‬

‫يتغري العامل حولنا بتسارع مل يسبق له مثيال يف اتريخ البشري و يشمل هذا التغري كل أوجه احلياة اإلنسانية و االقتصادية‬
‫ و يتعرض كل إنسان لضغوطات هائلة بسبب هذا التسارع يف التغري حوله حبيث أصبح من شبه‬،‫و االجتماعية و الفكرية بل حىت النفسية‬
‫ مث لإلعداد‬،‫ إن مل نبذل اجلهد احلقيقي واملستمر لفهم هذا التغري أوال‬،‫املستحيل القول إننا قادرون أن نتكيف مع هذا التغري بشكل طبيعي‬
‫ أما اآلن‬،‫ حيث كان التغري بطيئا‬،‫ملواجهته ابلشكل األفضل لقد كان اإلنسان يف املاضي قادرا على توقع مسارب حياته بشكل شبه روتيين‬
‫ و هذا يستلزم من كل منا اكتساب مهارات و آليات متعددة و متنوعة لنستطيع" إعداد‬،‫فقد أصبح التغري أسيا يف وتريته و شامال يف تنوعه‬
‫اسرتاتيجيات" ملا ميكن أن نتوقعه يف املستقبل فنجد اقتصادايت الدول الكربى تبين اسرتاتيجياهتا على املوارد الطاقوية منتجة أو مستهلكة‬
‫انطالقا من السيناريوهات احملتملة ابختاذها مناذجا اقتصادية تسيطر فيها على األزمات و توفر أمنها الغذائي و االقتصادي معتمدة على‬
‫االبتكار و التطور التكنولوجي الذي يرسم معامله يف كل اجتاهات و أنشطة العامل االقتصادي بدرجة متسارعة و متفاوتة بني األمم حىت ال‬
‫" إن هللا ال يغري ما بقوم حىت يغريوا ما‬: ‫تقف متفرجة ملا يدور من حوهلا ولنا أكرب توجيه من القرأن الكرمي لقوله سبحانه و تعاىل‬

Abstract

The world is changing around us with an unprecedented acceleration in human history. This
change includes all aspects of human, economic, social, intellectual, and even psychological life, and
everyone is subjected to tremendous pressures because of this rapid change. We adapt to this change
naturally, if we do not make the real effort to understand this change first, and then to prepare to face it
better. In the past, man was able to predict the paths of his life almost routinely, where the change was
slow, And comprehensive in its diversity, and this requires of Each of us acquire various skills and
mechanisms to be able to "prepare strategies" for what we can expect in the future. The economies of
the major countries are adopting their strategies on energy resources produced or consumed from the
possible scenarios by adopting economic models that control crises and provide their food and economic
security. On the innovation and technological development, which draws its features in all directions
and activities of the economic world at an accelerated and varying level among the nations so as not to
stand by the spectator of what is going on around us and we have the greatest guidance from the Koran
says: "God does not change what a people until they change what themselves."
