IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLOWS

2. The amount will be net of all vehicle expenses incurred per month. but to avoid doubt,
the expenses not to recovered are only those for normal maintenance for vehicle such as
engine service (oils ,air and oil filters ,plug)
3. The hirer will be responsible for loss as a result of damage and negligence of the user that
is third party.
4. The OWNER will meet the coast of the vehicles insurance.
5. The vehicle will main in safe custody of the HIRER but will be for inspection by the
owner with arrangement upon request at least one week in advance
6. Either party may terminate the agreement upon giving three weeks’ notice in writing IN
WITNESS whereof the OWNER and HIRER.
7. The owner must put car security gadgets and tracking system in the car for security
purposes.
