In the interest of the service and to further enhance the quality and integrity of the Trainer's
Methodology I (TM 1) Assessment and Certification Program, the Certification Office (CO) has
conducted the Capability Building Program for the Current Regional Expert Panel Members on
May 7 — 9, 2019, May 21- 23, 2019 and May 28 — 30, 2019.

Relative to the recently concluded training program, the following participants who
demonstrated impeccable competence in conducting TM I Assessment are hereby reappointed
as members of the Regional Expert Panel for TM I effective July 15, 2019 to July 31, 2020:
