Introduction (warmer activity + teacher active engagement)

 Singing the hello song and telling the students that we will start the lesson.

 We will do ‘catch the letter’ game the resources needed for the game is; flash cards and
‘fly catcher’.
Activity Independent Experience (small group activity 1)

Time: Where is letter /w/: each student will have marker and paper with all letters the students have to find
20min letter /w/ and colour it with the marker.
Independent Experience (small group activity 2)

Gumball machine: Each student will have one paper with gumball machine and letters cut in circles
already.

The students have to find letter /W/ and stick it in the machine.

Each student will have a ‘massage envelope’ and it has 3 different letters and 5 /w/ letter.

They have to find letter w and stick it in the machine with glue.

Independent Experience (small group activity 3)

Watermelon activity: Paper with letter W and it is like watermelon, the students have to colour the letter
like the watermelon and the sides green and at the middle pink or red colour.

 After the activates we will back to the circle area and do an activity in the circle area with
5 min Closing

the whole class. The activity it will be in the computer and I will put it in the projector so all
students can see.

 Activity: different pictures with different sounds and the students have to choose the
pictures with sound /w/ only.
