1. 1. I'll convince her in a way that I know, since we know that there are many tourists here and
there are so many beautiful places in the Philippines, my target market here is for those who
want to relax and those who want to experience the cruise.The small Cruise ships with a
capacity up to a few hundred passengers onboard, offering more intimate and relaxing
experiences in less familiar destinations, he is free to operate here as long as the paper is
complete and you have no violations of the law.

2. Mis Bliss made a mistakes when she approved a higher wage for the employees and hired fresh
graduates in order ti bring new insight. Plus, when she decided to pay a much higher tax
compared to the FOCs standards. And if i were the New CEO of a light Cruise. I will follow the
FOC standards and much decided to give them incentives and bonuses for those employee who
can gave a excellence moral standards in this business. I will hired an expert employee that can
teach the standards for a newly hired personnel and also do some special training to my
employee to give motivation that can boost their self confidence and how to valued a
customer/tourist to give an excellent services while staying in my cruise that they cant never
forget.

need a few pages outlining specific objectives, strategies, financing, a sales and marketing plan,
and a determination of the cash you need to get things done. Writing it all down is a crucial first

the food supply will not work, so do. if it does not spread i will tell them that no one will come
out of the room to prevent virus infection, the employee will go to their room if my infected
