ESSAY ON MARKETING COMMUNICATION (10%)

INTRODUCTION
Marketing Communication is an essential practice in every business. Its goal is to deliver a message to consumer
and to inculcate understanding about certain products or services. Hence many companies depend on good
marketing communication practices in order to influence consumer’s purchase decision.

TASK
In this assignment, you are required to produce a short essay on marketing communication practices by local
companies. The main objective is to establish understanding on how certain companies utilize marketing
communication in promotion and positioning of their product or services. Please follow the instruction below

Instructions:
1. Choose a well established local company (eg Proton, Airasia, Petronas, etc)
2. Introduction

● Highlight certain distinguished or outstanding marketing
communication practices by the company.

OUTCOME
The final outcome is an essay approximately 2 pages in length, typed using 12 pt size fonts, double space with
name and ID number. The final essay should be written in English.
