Hi-Y Club Officers Meeting

Time started: 9:40 am

Venue:

All the Hi-Y club officers were present. The meeting started with a prayer led by the Hi-Y club Vice President, Andrea Z.
Fabonan. Hi-Y club President, Sarah Lou I. Dabu served as the presiding officer for the said meeting.

The presiding officer presented the following agenda:

1. Christmas Outreach Program

1.1 Date will be on December 13, 2019, 2-4 pm.
1.2 Christmas Outreach Program will be held at Handicapped Center Lourdes
1.3 Fund will be coming out with the film showing being held
1.4 To write a letter to the Principal and The director of the center
1.5 Program Committee will be handled will be handled by Shaneen
1.5 Cristian will handle the documentation
1.6 Program
Emcees – Nazarene Ballesteros and Jon Matthew V. Monakil
Intermission Number – All Hi-Y club officers
Opening Remarks – Mr. Mark Anthony Espanola
Closing Remarks – The Director of the venue

All the Hi-Y club officers were present except for Sebastian Benedict Pabalate and Cristian Oxina who are preparing for
the upcoming event of the school. The meeting started with a prayer led by the Hi-Y club Auditor, Venus Aira Sanchez.
Hi-Y club President, Sarah Lou I. Dabu served as the presiding officer for the said meeting.

The presiding officer presented the following agenda:

1. Plans For The National YMCA Conference

1.1 National YMCA Conference
1.2 The presiding officer announced to the body that the National YMCA conference will take place at the
Teachers Camp Baguio from Nov. 2-6
1.3 To write a solicitation letter for the students who wants to join the conference
1.4 The secretary update the number of delegates as of now
1.5 To list all the candidates for the contest
