NUMBERS AND CALCULATIONS
Choose two exercises containing the following topics and calculate those using words.
Equations and Fractions Addition, Subtractions, Division, Multiplication

1.
12t +3 =4t^2 +3 + 5/5 -1
12t + 3- 4t^2-3 +1-1=0
12t – 4t^2 =0 2. 2k+4*2=4/2-12+2
T(12-4t ) = 0 2k + 8= 2-12+2
T=0 ^ 12 -4t=0 2k=12-8
T=12/4 2k=4
T=3 K = 4/2
K= 2

Here we have this equation which contains addition, subtractions, division

Here we have a quadratic equation which contains a fraction. and multiplication.
We have twelve plus three equal four t squared by two plus three plus five To resolve this equation, firstly, we can do the multiplication and the
over five minus one. First, we past the numbers which are in the second division at the same time and then the addition and subtraction.
member to the first member of the equation so we get twelve t plus three We have two k plus four multiplied by two equal four divided by two
minus four squared two minus tree plus one subtracted by one. minus twelve plus two, doing the division and multiplication, we get two k
Then we do the sum and subtraction, we get twelve t minus four squared plus eight equal 2 minus twelve plus two. then we pass eight to other
two equal zero, after that we put twelve minus four t into brackets member of the equation and we do the some and subtraction, so we get
multiplied by t equal to zero and then we get t equal zero and other t equal two k equal four and in the end we pass the two for being divided by four
three, and those are the results of the equation. and we get k equal two as the result of the equation.

*We have to remember that when we pass numbers to other member of

the equation the signal of the numbers change. If it is minus it will be pus,
if it is plus it will be minus, if it is being multiplied it will be divided and if it
is being divided it will be multiplied.

Part 3: In no more than 300 words, write a brief summary of your handout of Horizontal and vertical Measurement
Tip-1: Remember to include your own words when writing Tip 2: Remember a summary is 1/3 of the original text
Tip 3: Follow the structure of an Academic Paragraph when writing your summary

Horizontal and Vertical measurement

This topic is to important for Engineering people. It gives the main ideas of material that engineers use.
Horizontal and Vertical measurement is a topic which can be dived by two parts, linear dimensional and level and plumb. In linear dimensional we can
talk about of how materials or objects are measured, so it can be horizontally or vertically.
In addition, here are the names of some measurement, such as length, width, height.
Other part of the topic, Level and plumb, explain us how are the structures of that objects.
So, learning how materials or objects are measured it is too helpful for engineers and the people who works with objects because they use dimensions
daily.
