ELIGIBILITY
Players Born on or after 01-01-2006 can participate in this tournament.
Players must produce Birth certificate registred within one year of the birth of the child alone will be recognized
and allowed to participate.
ROUNDS & TIME CONTROL
No. of Rounds will be 8. Time control will be 90 Min. + 30 Sec increment from move no.1
SELECTION FOR NATIONAL: Top Two players from U13 ( Open & Girls) will be selected to represent
Maharashtra State in the forth coming U-13 National Chess Championship 2019.
Rules & Regulations
1. Tournament will be conducted as per Latest FIDE rules.
2. Other rules will be displayed on Notice board at Venue
3. Spectators (Players who have finished their games, Parents, Managers and Coaches) should stay away
From playing area during the round.
4. General discipline should be maintained at tournament hall and lodging place.
5. Protest, if any, against the decision of the chief Arbiter shall be made in writing with a protest fee of Rs.1000/-
Within one hour of the occurrence of the incident. The amount shall be refunded if the appeal is upheld.
6. To attend the Prize distribution Ceremony of the Championship is mandatory for all the participants.
7.All the prize winners must attend the Prize Distribution Function, if not then prizes will not be handed
Over to anybody else and prize will be forfeited.
8.Organiseres reserves the right to make necessary changes pertaining to tournament and to Reject any Entry
