The Academic Affairs Department would like to conduct a survey in relation to the
importance of Google Classroom and Google Online Activities. This is in line with the
management’s objective of strengthening the blended learning competency-based
training and likewise, in accord with the school’s mission of providing students quality
aviation education. It aims to further skills development and heighten teacher
effectiveness towards excellence.

Kindly accomplish the attached survey questionnaire as honestly as possible.
