2. At the end of the month, you must produce perspectives of a building project, technological inventions, urban
and housing studies that will help the architectural practices in the near future.
3. at the end of the quarter, you must produce complete set of blueprint and bills of materials

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

Focus:
1. Design and Plan Movable and detachable houses to be sold
2. Design and plan residential houses such as apartments, rowhouses, and rest houses
3. Design and plan commercial Spaces (Architectural interiors, whole commercial bldg up to 4 storey high)

1. To come up with the design and plans that challenge the needs of the users and the future society

1. To produce visual arts, through architecture every week.
2. To create esquisses, sketches, and renders of anything that pop ups to my mind every week.
3. To create graphic designs, (architecture related or arts related) that will be produced every week.
BUILDING TECHNOLOGY/ BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
Thursdays 10am-3pm

Focus:
1. Architectural and Engineering details for the project
2. Cost estimates and bills of materials for the project
3. Construction Materials Study and its application to the project

Intentions:
1.
To produce standard architectural and engineering connection details, schedules and materials list for the blueprint
2. To produce standard Computations for Bills of materials, cost estimates, materials especifications, etc.
3.
To familiarize building materials of every divisions, from the typical materials used up to advanced and innovative
materials coming from the market
4. To create innovative details, materials and building technologies that will help the future needs of the clients.
5. To produce a complete set of plans and cost computation of a project.

4. To create business model, business plan for the firm.

2. To create dialogues, articles, and essays regarding the existing laws and how it affects the profession.
3. To produce 1 article per month regarding the profession
4. To participate in upholding and strengthening the RA 9266.
5. To suggest platforms and ideas for the profession.
